Due to the perishable nature of our artisan teas, we cannot accept returns on opened products, but we are committed to ensuring you find a blend you love.
Return Process

Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request to initiate a return or exchange.
- 2.Verification and Approval
Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our quality standards and safety guidelines for food-grade products.
- 3.Pack and Ship
If your return is approved, securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging and use the provided shipping label to send them back to our Portland atelier.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
